Multilingual Social Services, Inc. is a private company established since 1999.  The company was founded by Robert J. Viglione, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over ten years of experience in the field of social services. The company was founded with its main goal of advancing the social conditions of patients, especially the disadvantaged regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity, etc.

Multilingual Social Sevices, Inc. prides itself with its professional and experienced social workers, employing only “Social Workers or MSW” with a master’s degree from a school of social work and at least 1 year of work experience in a health care setting and “Social Work Assistant or SWA” with a baccalaureate degree in the social sciences or related fields and at least 1 year of work experience in a health care setting. Multilingual is in strict compliance with Medicare regulations in hiring Social Workers and Social Work Assistants. Aside from the Social Workers, there are two Case Managers who works in the office and serves as a liaison between the Home Health Agency and the Social Workers.

Being in the social services for more than 15 years, Multilingual has gained the trust, respect and confidence of Home Health Agencies and Patients. The company is diverse, with social workers who are multilingual and come from different cultural backgrounds. As a result, Multilingual is able to send the right social worker to match the patient’s cultural background and needs. If a patient meets with a social worker that has the same background or even a social worker who speaks their own language this makes the patient comfortable to discuss their living condition or problems and makes the evaluation very successful.
